WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Social Media Marketing Intern
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO Naperville, ILL 1-2 times a month for content shoots!
MUST RESIDE IN NAPERVILLE DURING SUMMER!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team and help to develop Social and Digital campaigns from start to finish
- You’ll be working with the Social Media Manager to make sure running projects get carried out through the entire pitch and production process
- You'll be focusing on developing concepts and executing Instagram feed posts and stories on a range of topics
- You’ll be at on-site shoots photographing and filming content for Instagram
QUALIFICATIONS
- An interest in beauty is a plus!
- This person should be ready to pick up digital projects across the board at any given moment
- An interest or skill in photography or videography is necessary
- You're open to learning and mastering any tools that will build your skills
- You are open to input and use it to grow
- Problem Solver
- You are eager to learn and proactively pick up tasks and run with them
- Ability to quickly master our visual brand language and have the motivation and inventiveness to actively participate in its evolution
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathy for our customer and their needs as well as your teammates
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in an environment that moves fast
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
