We are actively looking for someone to join our customer service sales team – inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be fluid in both English and Spanish to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

- As you’ll be interacting directly with customers over the phone, we are looking for someone with great communication skills.
- We want someone who’s committed to providing exceptional customer services; someone who takes pride in the level of caring provided to customers.
- Working from our San Diego office, you’ll have your own designated work station, where you should be comfortable using the full Microsoft Office suite.
- We want someone who will care about the details and be organized as you’ll be working with a variety of tools and webpages while answering phone calls and providing customer service.
- As you’ll jump from one task to another, you should be at easy multi-tasking while getting the job done
- As part of a team where we value collaboration, we want you to be seen as a team player who can also work independently when dealing with customer requests.
- As we're a 24 hours call center, we need this person to be available to work weekends and during statutory holidays, note that over time will be paid accordingly.
- You either have a high school diploma or GED.
