Social Sparks is looking for a passionate, dedicated therapist to provide school-based mental health services with the option to supplement your caseload through outpatient services (individual and group therapy) after school or during the summer months. This full-time position offers the best of both worlds, making an impact in school communities while maintaining clinical connections year-round.

What You’ll Do:

· Provide direct clinical services to school-aged youth in the school setting

· Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and community providers to support students' mental health and well-being

· Address challenges students face at school, home, and in the community, creating meaningful change across environments

· Option to continue providing outpatient therapy during school breaks or summer

Additional Benefits Include:

· Weekly supervision from an independently licensed clinician

· Clinical team involvement with collaborative and interactive dynamics to support work with clients

Requirements:

· LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT

· Please be prepared to provide at least 2 professional references

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
