Position Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming presence at our South County office and the reliable backbone of our daily operations. This role is client-facing, administrative, and organizational, which is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys being the go-to support for both clients and staff, and understands the importance of dependability in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and families with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment/room scheduling
- Collect copays, process paperwork, and maintain accurate client records
- Support clinicians with daily operations and administrative needs
- Track intake paperwork and follow up with clients as needed
- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
- Assist with billing-related tasks and communication with insurance as needed
- Help foster a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients and staff
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable and committed team member, punctuality and consistency are essential
- Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Google Drive
- Prior experience in a medical or mental health office is helpful but not required
- Comfort in balancing administrative work with direct client interaction
