This is 3 - 4 days/ week (must include Monday), days are flexible M - F, 9AM - 5PM. This is for 1- 3 months temp and could lead to direct hire.The Social Worker is responsible for assisting residents living in properties with housing stabilization & retention by providing counseling and support services, community outreach, advocacy, information, and referrals to existing off-site providers.Candidate must speak Spanish.QUALIFICATIONS: BA Degree in Social Work or a related field. 2 years of experience working with very low-income people in a social service setting. 2 years of experience working with families Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of substance abuse and mental health issues and their effects on individuals, families, elderly and immigrant populations. Knowledge of current resources and service/benefits programs in San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area.Company DescriptionWe are a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in social services.
