TEMP TO HIRE- $55/ hr. ($5 more an hour if in person)This is a private practice model. Agency provides affirmative therapy, this can be in person or fully remote. It can be part time or full time. This is temp to hire, hiring around the 3 month mark, full time salary for direct hire Clinician is $114,400, 90% benefits, $100,000 in life insurance, 401k 4% match and 50% of net profits go to employees as a profit share. Client prefers full time people but can consider part time. Benefits start the first of the month after being converted to a direct hire. FT Clinician sees 28 clients, paid for 33 hours due to documentation. Part time is 20 hours/ week minimum. Schedule is flexible. Can live anywhere and do this job as long as fully licensed in CA. Client sessions are 52 minutes, clients are adults and adolescents.Candidate must be licensed in CA. LCSW/ MFT/ LPCC required.CANNOT CONSIDER AMFT/ ASW/ APCCCompany DescriptionWe are a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in social services.
