Assistant Clinical Director for Residential Programs is responsible for aiding in the delivery and oversight of Residential Programs. These programs serve veterans with disabilities experiencing and exiting homelessness. Duties of this position include supervision of staff, oversight of clinical programs, quality review, and the safety and well-being of veterans living in agency properties. The Assistant Director will directly supervise up to 6 staff across our housing portfolio.SCHEDULE- M - F 8AM - 4PM, FT with some flexibility.Qualifications:2 years experience providing counseling and other services to disadvantaged or otherwise “hard to serve” clients.2 years experience in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, individual and group psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling and crisis intervention.2 years experience in supervising staffLicense required (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) within 6 months of hire.Training in the use of DSM V in order to develop provisional diagnosis.Training and familiarity with treatment protocols in Substance abuse, PTSD, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders and Schizophrenia.Company DescriptionWe are a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in social services. Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
