Pay Range: $26 – $31/hour, based on experience
Operating Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule varies by program)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
- Coordinate care with referral sources and community partners
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active LAC or LSW credential in NJ
- 2 years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
