SocialPlayGroup is a private company provides ABA services to children with ASD and other disabilities. This is a hybrid position requiring 50% in-person, and 50% remote.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments/ FBA / Behavior Intervention Plan
- Attend and conduct all scheduled overlaps/supervisions
- Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled.
- Create monthly session plans
- Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed
- Provide training/supervision to RBTs/Clinical supervisors
Qualifications:
- Valid certification of BCBA/LMFT/LCSW
- Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records
- Valid California Driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record
- Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds
- Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (Live Scan)
