What You'll Do

• Groom dogs according to breed standards and pet parent preferences
• Bathe, brush, dry, trim, clip, and style dogs safely and professionally
• Ensure every pet receives gentle, compassionate care throughout the grooming process
• Monitor each dog's health and report any concerns to management and pet parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming area
• Build positive relationships with pet parents through outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous professional dog grooming experience required
• Ability to safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bathing & Grooming ExpectationsAs part of Social Pet's commitment to providing exceptional grooming services, Groomers are expected to meet the following daily performance standards:

• Complete a minimum of eight (8) full-service baths/haircuts per day. Large-breed baths/haircuts count as two (2) slots.
