Are you patient, energetic, and passionate about helping children and young adults grow? We're looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and deliver one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you love making learning fun and meaningful for kids, we'd love to meet you.

- Keep clients motivated by tailoring activities and techniques to their preferences
- Help clients de-escalate using Safety Care techniques and by prompting appropriate replacement skills
- Maintain accurate records of client performance through daily data collection and clinical notes, in full compliance with HIPAA
- Prepare and create materials ahead of upcoming sessions
- Bring patience, positivity, and resilience to every session, and deliver services in a way that's fun, engaging, and authentic
- Adapt your approach in real time based on each client's needs, profile, and direction from the clinical team
- Communicate effectively with a variety of team members, including clients, parents, and BCBAs
- Stay physically engaged — moving easily between sitting (on the floor or in a chair) and standing, lifting up to 25 lbs. routinely, and keeping clients safe in the moment (e.g., if a client bolts)
- Take on other duties as assigned
