We are a customer-focused enterprise and we are hiring an entry-level AT&T Representative in Harrisburg to deliver personalized connectivity solutions for AT&T's wireless solutions across retail stores. The AT&T Representative will be trained in customer engagement, product presentation, and sales strategies to drive retail performance.
As an AT&T Representative, you will play a key role in assisting with sales, supporting retail customer interactions, and creating great customer experiences. The AT&T Representative will help customers find the right wireless services and bundled solutions while managing activations, setting up devices, and ensuring every interaction reflects AT&T's commitment to quality and connection. The AT&T Representative will start at the entry level and work with customers in retail stores so customers can get help choosing plans, upgrading devices, or troubleshooting services. Our AT&T Representatives build trust and give a personal touch that online or phone conversations can't always provide.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers in-store to introduce AT&T wireless, and bundled service options using approved sales strategies and customer outreach focuses
- Understand customer needs by identifying usage habits, connectivity goals, and budget to recommend the best AT&T plan
- Guide customers through the full sales process which includes initial interaction and plan selection to activation and account setup
- Keep customer information and sales activity updated to ensure accurate tracking and entry-level performance reporting
- Work closely with fellow entry-level AT&T Representatives and internal teams to complete activations, finalize documentation, and meet service standards
- Review store performance and share feedback to help improve sales strategies, boost conversions, and support long-term customer satisfaction.
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecom is a plus.
- Great communicator who can guide customers through decisions with clarity and care.
- Confident salesperson who can turn interest into activations and handle objections with ease.
- Team player who works closely with store staff to hit sales goals and deliver results.
- Willingness to learn entry-level protocol and to know the difference between wireless services and bundled products and can explain them clearly.
- Able to manage customer accounts, solve onboarding issues, and complete activations that meet AT&T standards.

Base Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
