We partner with families, Regional Centers, and community organizations to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life.We are seeking a Program & Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining operational excellence while supporting our service teams and clients.Apply via this link:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfzlL674VFUwMo-dsnm5iHslSUlQC2o6d2PuOrC_OrgRh0EJA/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=112153849036908621783Position OverviewThe Program & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting standards, coordinating staff assignments, and maintaining smooth communication between staff, clients, and leadership.This role combines program coordination, compliance monitoring, and operational support to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to Regional Center and organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CoordinationCoordinate client services and staff assignments across programsSupport case managers and service providers in scheduling and service deliveryAssist with onboarding new clients and coordinating initial service plansMaintain communication with families, clients, and Regional Center representativesOperations & ComplianceMonitor case management deadlines, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reportsEnsure case notes, documentation, and required records are submitted in a timely mannerTrack operational workflows and ensure compliance with agency policies and proceduresAssist with internal audits and documentation reviewsStaff & Field SupportProvide operational support to staff in the fieldAssist with troubleshooting scheduling, documentation, or client coordination issuesCoordinate coverage for client services when staffing adjustments are requiredAdministrative OperationsMaintain organized records and operational systemsAssist leadership with program reporting and operational data trackingSupport HR and leadership with scheduling, communication, and operational coordinationQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Administration, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or social service administrationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or within social servicesProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)PreferredExperience working with Regional Center services (ILS, SLS, TDS)Knowledge of documentation compliance and case management reportingExperience coordinating staff schedules or service deliveryBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusSkills & AttributesHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsSolution-oriented mindsetCommitment to client-centered services and ethical practiceBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay.
