Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Jacksonville, FL at SOCIAL HOUSE COFFEE. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the luxury and hospitality industry
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous managerial experience is a plus
- Food safety certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
