Social Cannabis Dispensary is preparing to open a DISPENSARY at 614 N Pearl St in Bridgeton, NJ — and we’re looking for passionate, reliable Budtenders to be part of our founding team. This is a high-traffic location with a fast-paced environment, perfect for individuals who are customer-focused, team-oriented, and ready to grow with us.
This is a unique opportunity to get in from the ground up.
All team members will take part in pre-opening training provided by our vendors and assist with store setup, including product organization, merchandising, and point of sale (POS) system setup.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests in selecting cannabis products based on their needs
- Stay informed about cannabis strains, product types (flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates), effects, and consumption methods
- Accurately process transactions and follow all NJ CRC compliance regulations
- Assist with pre-opening duties such as POS testing, merchandising, and vendor training
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and represent the Social Cannabis mission
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred (cannabis experience a plus)
- Must be 21 and able to obtain the required licensing from the Cannabis Regulatory Commission
- Open availability and ability to start ASAP will be given priority
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with NJ cannabis laws and POS systems (training provided)
