Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service.
- Buss tables efficiently to prepare for new guests while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise during meal service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
