We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to support our team and help keep our projects and daily operations running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced creative studio.
You’ll work closely with the owner and design team, playing a key role in keeping everything organized and on track behind the scenes.
Your Role
This is a hands-on, support-focused position where you’ll assist with project coordination and day-to-day studio operations. You’ll handle the small but critical details that keep projects moving, from tracking orders to organizing files to coordinating with vendors.
While the design team leads client-facing work, you’ll ensure the internal systems and logistics stay organized and efficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Studio Support
- Assist with vendor coordination, including requesting quotes and tracking orders
- Track orders, deliveries, and installation logistics
- Organize and maintain project files, folders, and documentation
- Support timelines, task lists, and internal deliverables
- Help coordinate internal meetings and track action items
- Provide general administrative and office support to the design team
Operations Support
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and organizing receipts
- Maintain organized records for vendors, purchases, and project-related documentation
- Support internal systems, templates, and file organization
- Assist with general studio upkeep and organization
- Pitch in where needed, this is a collaborative, team-oriented environment
You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and willing to take initiative on tasks big and small
- Calm, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Tech-comfortable and open to learning new tools and systems
- Interested in the design industry (this is a support role, not a design track position)
- Someone who enjoys helping a team succeed and thrives in a behind-the-scenes role
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com or QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
