Key Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and design comprehensive, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children on the autism spectrum.
- Provide high-quality remote supervision, clinical mentorship, and support to our on-the-ground Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) executing the programs.
- Graph and analyze behavioral data regularly through our practice management platform to modify programming and ensure steady client milestone progress.
- Conduct regular telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration sessions to promote generalization of skills.
- Ensure all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization reports meet rigorous insurance billing requirements and compliance guidelines.
