A leading investment management firm is seeking a VP Senior Data Architect to join the growing Technology team
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data architecture roadmap.
- Design a single source of truth across investment, operations, client, and reporting data.
- Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Lead enterprise data modeling, data integration, and data warehouse design.
- Establish data governance, lineage, cataloging, and data quality standards.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver governed, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
- Drive modernization initiatives and recommend improvements to existing data platforms.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms.
- 5 years of experience in financial services; asset or investment management experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Experience with enterprise data modeling, ETL/ELT, lakehouse/data warehouse architecture, and SQL.
- Experience implementing data governance solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Atlan, or similar).
- Python experience and strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Salary : $220,000 - $235,000
