Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Relationship Manager at the VP level for their Project Finance space!
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Project Finance Team in client development, including providing research on prospective or existing clients and drafting pitch books
- Support the Head of Project Finance in preparing pitchbooks, letters of intent, financing proposals, and term sheets, among others.
- Support the Team Lead in analyzing and evaluating transactions.
- Prepare primary content for credit rating and credit line applications.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience minimum working in Project Finance
- Experience in infrastructure finance, or renewable/sustainable finance experience at banks or private credit funds.
- Credit training is a must.
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
