Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic reports for Sub-Advised and Separately Managed Accounts and support marketing materials.
- Conduct data quality checks for performance reporting and validate data sets across internal systems.
- Maintain mapping files, dashboards, and reporting tools for custom analytics. (FactSet, Bloomberg)
- Manage team calendars, meetings, agendas, and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support onboarding of new team members and facilitate access to systems and tools.
- Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and help optimize team workflows.
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational initiatives and internal events.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
