Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and beverage options with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.
- Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, in line with safety standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards for food safety.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights, banquets, or special events like nightclubs or catering functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
