Compensation
$35 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for players ages 2–11.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions.
- Motivate and encourage players while building confidence.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents, players, and fellow coaches.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and games.
Qualifications
- Previous soccer coaching or competitive playing experience.
- Passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organized, and punctual.
- Knowledge of soccer techniques, tactics, and the Laws of the Game.
- Ability to create a fun, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- USSF, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent coaching license (preferred but not required).
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
