This is a strictly local, schedule-specific role. If you do not live within 10 miles of La Habra OR do not have the required weekend availability, your application will not be reviewed.

IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Saturday & Sunday availability is required for this position.

Applicants unavailable for both Saturdays & Sundays in Whittier & Fullerton will not be considered.

This is NOT a temporary summer position. We are looking for coaches who can commit through at least the upcoming school year. Applicants seeking summer-only employment will not be considered.

Pay

$20/hour during training

$25/hour once coaching independently

Earn up to $30/hour with performance and leadership growth

Paid training and mentorship included

Required Saturday & Sunday morning availability between 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

About Soccer Stars

As a Soccer Stars coach, you'll teach toddlers and preschoolers foundational soccer skills using age-appropriate games, songs, and activities designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.

This is NOT competitive coaching. It's development-based coaching that teaches kids how their bodies move while building confidence, listening skills, and foundational athletic ability.

We're looking for fun, high-energy coaches who love working with young children and bringing soccer to life through play, imagination, and positive encouragement.

This role is perfect for soccer players, fitness enthusiasts, actors, educators, performers, or anyone who enjoys being active and animated around young kids.

You'll Lead Classes That Include

High-energy, play-based soccer classes for toddlers and preschoolers

Teaching soccer concepts through games, stories, and imagination

Building positive relationships with families

Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive class environment

Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and strong preparation

Traveling to assigned program locations

Ages: 12 months - 5 years

Must be 18

Must live within 10 miles of La Habra

Must have reliable transportation and be able to carry equipment

Must be available Saturday & Sunday mornings

Comfortable working with children ages 12 months - 5 years

Willing to learn and grow within the Soccer Stars program

Job Type: Part-time
