Pay

$20/hour

• Start at $20/hour during training
• Increase to $25/hour once coaching independently
• Earn up to $35/hour with performance leadership growth

Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

✅ Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• This is a part-time weekend role
• Sunday morning shift available in Whittier

About Soccer Stars

As a Soccer Stars coach, you’ll teach toddlers and preschoolers foundational soccer skills using age-appropriate games, songs, and activities designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.

This is NOT competitive coaching — it’s development-based coaching that teaches kids how their bodies move and how to build foundational athletic skills. We’re looking for fun, high-energy coaches who love working with young children and bringing soccer to life through play, imagination, and positive encouragement!

This role is perfect for soccer players, fitness enthusiasts, actors, educators, or anyone who enjoys being active and animated around young kids.

You’ll lead classes that include:

• High-energy, play-based soccer classes for toddlers and preschoolers
• Simplify soccer concepts into fun, story-driven games
• Travel to schools and parks in Whittier
• Build strong relationships with families and maintain positive communication
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive class environment
• Demonstrate reliability, consistency, and strong class preparation

Ages: 12 months – 6 years

Requirements (Read Carefully)

• Must be 18
• Must live within 7 miles of Fullerton
• Must have reliable transportation (able to carry equipment)
• Must be available Saturday mornings
• Comfortable working with ages 12 months–6 years
• Willing to coach additional programs after training (paid training provided)
