Youth Sports Coach

What You’ll Do

• Work with boys and girls ages 2–12.
• Teach engaging, organized soccer or karate classes.
• Help children develop teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and basic athletic skills.
• Provide a fun, safe, supportive, and energetic environment for every child.

Schedule

This is a very part-time position, with coaches generally working 5–10 hours per week, depending on available classes.

We are currently seeking coaches with availability Monday–Friday mornings or early afternoons, along with weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income, including college students, substitute teachers, stay-at-home parents, or anyone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with children.

We are hiring coaches throughout the Denver metro area, including Denver, Aurora, Castle Rock, and Parker. Coaches should be comfortable traveling to various schools and community locations.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with children is highly valued (teachers, PE instructors, camp counselors, childcare professionals, etc.).
• Friendly, energetic, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Denver Metro Area, Aurora, Parker, and Castle Rock.
• Must successfully complete a background check and fingerprint screening prior to employment.
