Soccer Shots is a high-energy children’s soccer program focused on character development for ages 2–8. Through engaging coaching, clear communication, and strong relationships, we positively impact children on and off the field.
We’re looking for someone who loves working with kids and also enjoys organizing, planning, and supporting a team behind the scenes.
This role is approximately 20–35 hours per week during the season and combines coaching and administrative leadership.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
On the Field (Coaching)
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for ages 2–8
- Bring “Soccer Island” to life with enthusiasm and energy
- Set up and break down fields and equipment
- Teach character through positive reinforcement
- Communicate with parents, caregivers, and center staff
- Ensure safety and accurate attendance
Behind the Scenes (Coordinator)
- Support season scheduling and communication
- Prepare registration materials, emails, and promotions
- Track and organize equipment
- Assist with coach training logistics
- Help manage social media and marketing efforts
- Represent Soccer Shots at community events

Availability Requirements
- 20–35 hours per week during season
