- You’re outside, moving, not stuck behind a counter or desk
- Kids are excited to see you (seriously)
- You’re leading games, not sitting around
- Sessions are short, fast, and fly by
- You leave work in a better mood than when you showed up
- Leading small groups of kids (ages 2–8)
- Running structured (but fun) soccer sessions
- Keeping things organized, positive, and engaging
- Showing up on time, ready to go
- $19 per 25–45 minute session ($95-$475 per week depending on schedule)
- Typically 5–25 sessions per week
- Weekdays Saturday mornings
- You set your availability each season
- Paid training — no high-level soccer experience needed
- 18
- Reliable transportation (you may travel between locations)
- Background check required
