Soccer Shots - SE Mass is a premier youth soccer program dedicated to delivering high-quality, character-building experiences for children across Southeastern Massachusetts. Our programs are loved by families for their focus on fun, skill development, and positive coaching that goes beyond the game. Our coaches are the heart of what we do — join a team that values your passion and supports your growth every step of the way!
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children in a safe and encouraging environment
- Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with the Soccer Shots curriculum
- Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps kids motivated and excited to learn
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs
- Set up and break down equipment before and after each session
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
- Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to travel to program locations throughout the Chatham, MA area
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
