Soccer Purpose is creating a sponsor-backed pathway that helps talented players who cannot afford traditional club soccer stay in the game and get seen. We connect sponsors, players, coaches, facilities, and families to create opportunities where talent—not family income—determines a player's future.

Today, Soccer Purpose has:

• 758 players in our database
• 20 coaches across California
• 12 facility relationships
• Active sponsor and investor discussions
• Initial sponsor commitments already secured

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to become one of the first operational team members helping us scale the organization.

Position Overview

This role begins at approximately 20 hours per week with a clear path toward expanded responsibility, increased compensation, and full-time leadership opportunities as Soccer Purpose grows.

You will work directly with the Founder and Executive Principal to help organize operations, manage communications, coordinate projects, and support sponsor and partner growth.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support and calendar management
• CRM and database management
• Sponsor and partner follow-up
• Social media coordination and scheduling
• Content organization and posting
• Contract and document preparation
• Marketing support and campaign tracking
• Meeting scheduling and follow-up
• Investor and sponsor presentation support
• Event and facility coordination
• General project management

Preferred Experience

• Administrative or executive assistant experience
• Marketing or social media experience
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Airtable, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written communication
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Sports, soccer, nonprofit, startup, or business development experience is a plus
