Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducts thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings.
- Analyzes investigation data to identify patterns or recurring issues and recommend process improvements, and/or corrective actions.
- Drafts detailed investigation reports with clear findings, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations.
- Provides guidance to junior team members on investigation protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborates with HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure investigations align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitors case progress and ensures timely resolution in accordance with internal SLAs.
- Supports the development of ethics training materials by contributing insights from recent investigations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
