The Accounting, Finance and Operations Rotation Program provides challenging opportunities to learn and grow through short-term work assignments. The program will allow you to apply what you have learned in school and further enhance your knowledge and expertise through hands-on training. The program consists of three one-year rotations, where participants have the opportunity to work in various departments before pursuing permanent positions outside of the program.

- Seniors or Masters students graduating May/June 2026 pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or other relevant fields who will have completed at least 24 credits in their respective majors by graduation.
- Assists in gathering data and preparing reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Contributes to the development of financial performance metrics and dashboards (e.g. resource utilization, efficiency metrics, profitability reporting).
- Supports the consolidation and reporting of financial results on a timely basis.
- Prepares and distributes financial reports for leadership following established templates and guidelines.
- Supports with analyzing financial data (e.g. for cost control, alignment to targets, etc.) and identifies potential issues or discrepancies.
- Participates in the close process, collaborating closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Supports maintenance and accuracy of financial data systems.
- Assists with preparing basic variance explanations for recurring reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
