JOB DESCRIPTION
SoCal PMG is seeking a Property Manager to manage a 68-unit property located in Brea, CA. The position offers the opportunity for the Property Manager to live onsite at the property (a housing allowance will be provided). The ideal candidate will have 3 years of multifamily property management experience, preferably in Southern California, including involvement managing properties with renovations taking place. Responsibilities include managing to a property/operating budget, compliance with tenant/landlord laws, marketing and leasing vacant units, ensuring maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, rent collections, tenant communications, and ensuring the properties remain clean and well kept. Property assignments may grow or change over time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operate properties within financial guidelines / budgets.
· Achieve leasing and occupancy objectives.
· Perform regular physical inspections and ensure properties are well kept and maintained in a first-class manner.
· Ensure rents and other charges are collected and processed on time.
· Strive to continually improve the financial performance of each property.
· Ensure all work orders / maintenance requests are completed expeditiously and with proper workmanship.
· Act as the primary point of contact for residents and third-party vendors / service providers.
· Provide exceptional customer service to all residents.
REQUIREMENTS
· 3 years experience in residential property management.
· Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.
· Experience working with property financials and budgets.
· Fair housing knowledge.
· Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· High school diploma required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
