Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize store performance
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high levels of employee orientation and engagement
- Oversee cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maintain financial accuracy
- Manage purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to maximize profitability
- Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, cashiering, and customer service standards
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide coaching to foster leadership development and team growth
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or livestock equipment environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Extensive knowledge of retail math, budgeting, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and supervising staff across shifts
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and retail sales management practices
- Experience in managing wireless sales (Shopify) or similar product categories is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
