Description:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Required Qualifcations:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass product
- Read drawings/blueprints/work instruction
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required
- Close attention to detail and quality
- J-STD soldering exp
- Microscope experience
- Sodering experience
- Experience handing small products/microchips
- Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred)
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred
