What are the responsibilities and job description for the Opening Full Time Team Member position at SoBol Cary?
Our mission is to provide our customers with delicious acai bowls, fruit bowls, smoothies and more, while offering an opportunity to make healthier lifestyle choices. We are looking for full-time morning person with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who enjoys customer interaction, has a passion for acai and smoothies, and consistently displays reliability, responsibility, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Proven excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with basic math abilities.
- Experience in similar role is preferred.
- A minimum commitment of 25 hours per week is required, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Holds a ServSafe or Food Handler Certificate preferred.
- Have a good memory to manage multiple orders and recall frequent patrons.
- Ability to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Every minute counts.
- You must be capable of standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and reaching overhead.
- Morning shifts starts at 7:30am or 8am. and flexibility to start earlier for catering orders is necessary.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Make a lasting impression by warmly welcoming patrons and accurately capturing their orders.
- Promote a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and following supervisor guidance to keep the store organized and clean.
- Showcase creativity and expertise by crafting exceptional acai bowls and all menu items, using only the freshest ingredients and through precise prep work, blending, and fruit cutting.
- Maintain high standards of inventory management by stocking shelves and fridges.
- Assist with managing inventory deliveries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
