Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by the state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing installation and repair.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in plumbing.
- Experience with advanced plumbing systems such as hydronic heating, medical gas, or fire suppression systems.
