Role Description
This full-time on-site Mixologist role is located in Miami Beach, FL. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing an array of beverages with a focus on quality and creativity, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include crafting and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, interacting with guests to provide an elevated experience, and assisting with menu suggestions for flavored tobaccos and beverages. The role also involves upholding hygiene and safety standards at all times while working collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming experience.
- Proficiency in food and beverage preparation, including crafting an innovative selection of drinks and expanding mixology techniques.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members is a plus.
- Knowledge of hookah preparation and flavored tobacco offerings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
