Executive Steward (Full-Time, Year-Round)
The Club at Kalea – Naples, FL
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Steward for an on-site role based in Naples, FL. The Executive Steward will oversee daily operations and ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, dishes, and workspaces. Responsibilities will include managing kitchen staff, coordinating inventory, monitoring supplies, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the smooth operation of food and beverage services.
The Club at Kalea, an exclusive private club in Naples, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Steward to join our culinary team. This full-time, year-round position plays a vital role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency within our kitchen and stewarding operations.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily stewarding operations, including dishwashing and sanitation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and back-of-house areas
Manage inventory and proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
Supervise and support stewarding staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless dining experience
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Creole required
Spanish language skills are a plus
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior stewarding or kitchen operations experience preferred
