We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work one-on-one with individuals, primarily children, diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect data during sessions to track progress
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
- Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
The candidate we are looking for will have:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Compassion and patient approach when working with children
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification
