Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Kansas City, MO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing ABA treatment plans, providing caregiver training and education, supervising interventionists, and monitoring client progress. The role involves working directly with clients, families, and team members to achieve meaningful behavioral outcomes while adhering to best practices in the field.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology and understanding of behavioral principles
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience in creating individualized treatment programs and tracking measurable outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in providing services in both in-home and community-based settings is a plus
