Position Overview:
The smiling face of Zander’s The BottleShop! As a Spirit Guide you are interchanging all roles in the BottleShop: greeting and assisting customers, locating desired products, developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers so they have a great experience shopping in our store.

- Can obtain or has your Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) in California

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Your enthusiasm for wine, craft beer and spirits will shine through as you engage with our customers, offering recommendations, sharing knowledge about our products, and helping them discover new and exciting tastes.
- We want you to be the ultimate ambassador of our carefully curated selection, making every customer feel welcomed and valued.
- Lead by example, creating a positive and customer-centric environment in the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, offering recommendations, and sharing knowledge about wine, craft beer and spirits.
- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a well-stocked and beautifully presented selection of craft beer and spirits on the shelves.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing and conducting in-store events or tastings to promote products and engage with customers.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service.
- Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the implementation of displays and holiday specific products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and customer preferences.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up-to 50 pounds.
- Required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, when needed.
