A Day in the Life of:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing items for distribution in a warehouse or factory environment. This is a competitive integrated employment position at the business customer's location with workplace support provided by SOAR365. This position interacts with other employees, customers, and vendors as part of the daily job duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Completes assigned tasks following staff directions related to specific job.
- Works as a member of a team with co-workers.
- Follows positive work ethics.
- Follows timelines for breaks and lunch periods.
- Takes responsibility for personal items.
- Meets attendance requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with staff and others working in the facility, with minimal supports.
- Ability to stay on task.
- Ability to take direction from different team leaders.
- Ability to be independent in relation to completion of most personal needs.
- Ability to understand and follow basic safety principles in the workplace.
Additional Preferred Abilities:
- Medium to high level of dexterity ability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long durations.
- Basic mathematical skills related to counting products.
