Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated People to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Direct care staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve.
Duties
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
- Observe and report changes in the participant’s condition or behavior to professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage participants in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Support individuals in their daily routines while respecting their privacy and dignity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assisted living, group homes, or home care is preferred.
- Strong understanding of individuals care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with individuals and their families.
- Ability to observe and report on individual’s conditions accurately.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory and we can assist with obtaining those certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
