**Main Duties: Reporting, Budgeting, Compliance, Recertifications, Collection reports, Delinquency Reports, manage accounting team, OCAF's

Responsibilities
- Monitor EIV Compliance.
- Maintain complete audit readiness.
- Management & Occupancy Reviews (MORs)
- REAC/NSPIRE inspections
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the affordable housing portfolio, including HUD Section 8 properties.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to affordable housing programs.
- Lead change management initiatives to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that support organizational growth, sustainability, and community impact.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility across all programs.
- Supervise senior management teams, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management, mentoring, and supervision.
- Drive business development efforts to expand affordable housing opportunities through partnerships, grants, and innovative funding sources.
- Oversee project management activities related to property development, renovations, or portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality for residents and stakeholders.
- Ensure rigorous program management practices are in place to meet performance metrics and compliance standards.
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and funding partners to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within the affordable housing sector or related fields such as real estate development or property management.
- Strong background in HUD programs, specifically Section 8 housing policies and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles with supervising experience at a strategic level.
- Expertise in change management, strategic planning, business development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of federal housing policies, compliance standards, and program administration requirements.
