Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning & Messaging Architecture – 20%
- Narrative Development: Partner with the SVP of Marketing to refine Soar’s core value proposition and "Soar Voice" across all digital touchpoints.
- Clinical Translation: Translate complex care models into human-first, accessible narratives for families and caregivers.
- Competitive Intelligence: Regularly audit the messaging of other providers to ensure Soar’s differentiators remain sharp, unique, and relevant.
- Editorial Roadmap: Map out monthly content themes that align with the parent journey, from initial diagnosis to enrollment to ongoing care.
- Multi-Channel Asset Creation: Oversee end-to-end production of educational long-form pieces, videos, and creative assets for organic and paid marketing activities.
- Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the strategy for organic and paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and develop active community participation strategies (e.g., private Facebook groups, Reddit).
- Influencer & Advocacy Mapping: Identify and build relationships with local "micro-influencers" (e.g., local pediatricians, special needs advocates, or influential "autism moms") in new and existing markets.
- Measurement & Reporting: Establish and report on KPIs that bridge the gap between engagement and business impact.
- Reputation Management: Manage social listening and online reputation to identify emerging parent needs and potential brand risks.
- Internal Journalism: Act as an internal reporter, interviewing clinical leads to extract insights for thought leadership calendars.
- Executive Visibility: Manage the LinkedIn presence and professional brand for key Soar executives and clinical leads to build industry-wide authority.
- Employer Brand: Partner with People and Talent Acquisition teams to build a compelling brand that attracts and converts top-tier clinical candidates.
- Required Qualifications
- Functional Expertise: 7–15 years in marketing with a heavy emphasis on content strategy, social media management, and community building.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to build a strategy from scratch and personally execute the initial phases.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience tracking funnel metrics from lead to inquiry and using data to inform decisions.
