- Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a center-based environment.
- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines (SLP, OT, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals and family communication.
- Coach and empower parents as partners in their child’s progress. Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care.
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Passion for early intervention and a belief in play-based therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary (state-specific range shared during initial conversation) performance-based bonus.
