Our methods draw from the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. We're actively seeking a committed Behavior Technician, often referred to as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) or ABA Therapist. This role is integral to our efforts, providing top-tier ABA therapy services that have a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
- Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
- Ability to work on a team
- $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
