Our sales team is growing, and we are looking for a sharp and energetic new individual to grow with us! Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous sales experience who have outgrown working in a call center or door-to-door sales environment and want to level up their professional careers. However, previous sales experience is not a requirement; we will hire and train the right candidate.At SoarAgency Group, we provide extensive training, both in an online classroom setting and hands-on with an assigned trainer in your own sales territory. Your trainer will work with you to teach you the basics of the business sales cycle process. This position will consist of working in your own assigned sales territory most days and weeks, although travel weeks to sell in other territories with your fellow sales team members are scheduled and available regularly (travel is optional).Qualifications:A positive and high-energy attitude is a mustTrack record of surpassing targets in a fast-paced sales settingYour communication skills, both written and spoken, are excellentDemonstrate and show empathy towards others effectivelyTough-minded, confident, and self-startingDisciplined and purposeful; with a desire to work independentlySkilled at overcoming objections and not afraid of rejectionPossessing a track record of high performance or excellencePassionate about helping othersOverview of Duties and Responsibilities:This is an outside sales position working in your own assigned sales territory. We will train you to call on small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer some of the industry's best supplemental insurance products and services to them and their employees.Respond to general emails and phone calls from clientsSet follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needsBe present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or managerCall on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reservicedBuild and maintain your own book of businessSet your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each weekSubmit your sales metrics and activity dailyWe Offer:Virtual classroom training as well as hands-on sales training in your own territoryWeekly draw pay with bonuses and commission eligibility upon startQuarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonusesAdvancement and promotions based on personal performanceExcellent ongoing professional development, advanced sales training, and leadership trainingJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000 - $100,000 per yearAdditional Position Qualifications:Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
