Car Wash Team Member (Part-Time)
Soapyshell Carwash – Perry Hall & Dundalk, MD
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

This position works between our Perry Hall and Dundalk locations and plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for every customer.

Schedule
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
- Must be available:
- Mondays (Dundalk or Perry Hall)
- Thursdays (Perry Hall)
- Friday afternoons (Dundalk)
- Saturday or Sunday (Dundalk or Perry Hall)
- Some scheduling flexibility may be available.
What You'll Do
- Keep the car wash clean, safe, and operating at a high standard.
- Clean wash bays, vacuum areas, parking lots, curbs, and customer areas.
- Empty trash and maintain the overall appearance of the property.
- Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Report equipment or maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized mechanical room and office.
- Assist the Site Manager with maintenance on slow or rainy days.
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
- No experience necessary—we will train the right person.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, respectful, and professional.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Able to safely operate car wash, vacuum equipment, and tools.
- Able to work in a noisy environment.
